Our USDA inspected kitchen currently produces recipes for seven local and national restaurants. Our kitchen is a full commercial kitchen, equipped with a 300 pound rotisserie smoker, full walk-in coolers, cryovac machines, 30 degree water chillers, state of the art labeling machine and refrigerated delivery trucks.
