Our USDA inspected kitchen is located two miles west of downtown Nashville. We currently produce recipes for seven local and national restaurants. Our kitchen is a full commercial kitchen, equipped with a 300 pound rotisserie smoker, full walk-in coolers, cryovac machines, 30 degree water chillers, high tech labeling machine and refrigerated delivery trucks.
